Dani Turek

Dani Turek, MS, CF-SLP

Dani attended East Carolina University, where she was a two-time, top 10% graduate. There she developed a deep understanding of how a speech pathologist plays an integral part in a patient’s progress. Celebrating that progress is especially gratifying to Dani.

Dani has experience working with both children and adults. To further support the adult population, she has received advanced training in the Lee Silverman Voice program (a treatment for Parkinson’s voice symptoms). She has found great passion in the evaluation and treatment of the pediatric population for a variety of speech and language disorders, including:

Autism

Developmental Delays

Expressive / Receptive Language Disorders

Developmental Apraxia of Speech

Executive Functioning

Articulation / Phonological disorders

Dani has an adventurous spirit and enjoys reading, hiking, gravel biking, bowling, dungeons and dragons, archery, and playing with her puppy in her free time.

Before pursuing a career in speech pathology, Dani was a United States Air Force Missile Operations Officer
