Dr. Olivia Jensen, SLPD, CCC-SLP
Dr. Olivia Jensen is a 3-time graduate of Northwestern University. She obtained a doctorate in communication disorders with specialization in swallowing disorders. She is always striving to expand her understanding as well as that of her patients. She has obtained advanced training in numerous specialties, such as oral-facial myology (behavioral intervention supporting orthodontics), Lee Silverman Voice Training (a treatment for Parkinson’s voice symptoms), and all issues related to dysphagia (swallowing disorder).
Dr. Jensen loves her work, and it shows. Her colleagues frequently consult her regarding complex medical scenarios. She comes to Speech Solutions after an impressive career path involving leadership and administration in facilities and among colleagues. In addition to her own development, she has devoted much time to training and helping new speech therapists develop their professional skills.
Fun fact: Olivia used to be a division 1 field hockey player!
